What The Position is About:
- Achieve or exceed sales goals by attending preset, qualified in-home consultations with homeowners in the territory
- Self-generate leads, especially during the slow seasons
- Transition into project management after the sale
- Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
- Commit to continuous learning knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Proven in-home window and door sales experience
- Experience building a sales team is preferred
Salary : $150,000
