What The Position is About:
- Lead a team of sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to grow the team)
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
- Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 5 years of sales management experience within the exterior home improvement industry
- Strong understanding and experience with the one-call-close, in-home sales process
- Experience managing a team of 5 salespeople
- Proven track record of revenue growth ($3M to $10M )
