What The Position is About:
- Oversee all marketing and lead generation strategies for the company
- Lead, coach, and manage the Director of Field Marketing and Call Center Manager to achieve lead generation and conversion goals
- Develop and implement new marketing strategies to continue steady growth
- Manage marketing vendors and third-party relationships
- Maintain marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Collaborate with leadership to ensure alignment on overall company goals
- Develop and deliver reports on KPIs
- Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities
- Maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Experience overseeing all forms of lead generation for a $50M-$100M organization
- Experience overseeing Field Marketing and Call Center teams
- The ability to forecast and create budgets, create marketing strategies, and manage vendors
