What The Position is About:
- Support the marketing team across multiple markets by coordinating media activity, agency relationships, and vendor partnerships
- Develop and maintain monthly Market Insights Briefs that analyze market trends, customer behavior, competitor activity, local opportunities, and marketing recommendations
- Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for agencies, vendors, and media partners while tracking deliverables, timelines, and campaign readiness
- Monitor campaign performance, vendor effectiveness, and market-level results to identify trends and optimization opportunities
- Coordinate information across internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and local market needs
- Maintain organized reporting, documentation, market plans, vendor notes, and recurring recommendations
- Provide project management and administrative support to marketing leadership while helping improve overall team organization and execution
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, media, account management, campaign coordination, project management, or a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, vendors, timelines, and markets simultaneously
- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, agency relationships, or media initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, gather insights, and turn information into actionable recommendations
- Experience working in a multi-market, agency, in-house marketing, or performance-driven environment preferred
- B2C marketing experience preferred, though select B2B candidates with strong research and project coordination backgrounds will be considered
- Experience with reporting, dashboards, presentations, spreadsheets, or campaign performance tracking is a plus
