- Full commission, total OTE $200K-$250K
- Monthly production bonus

What The Position is About:
- Achieve or exceed sales goals by attending preset, qualified in-home consultations with homeowners in the territory
- Create and maintain strong relationships with new customers while building loyalty with existing customers
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales
- Commit to continuous learning knowledge of the company’s products and maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 3 years of sales experience within the home improvement/services industry
- Experience with high-ticket sales is preferred
Salary : $200,000 - $250,000
