What The Position is About:
- Oversee all marketing and lead generation for the company
- Maintain marketing budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources
- Manage the newly started direct mail program and lead aggregators
- Work closely with the call center manager to ensure leads are being converted and identify conversion issues
- Manage marketing vendors and third-party relationships, including two independent contractors responsible for PPC, SEO, and Facebook campaigns
- Oversee a Call Center Manager, big box Program Leader, Events Team Leader, and Marketing Intern
- Execute an integrated marketing strategy to support company revenue goals
- Develop and deliver reports on KPIs
- Track and review campaigns for improvement opportunities
- Maintain up to date on industry trends and developments that may affect the market
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Marketing experience within the home improvement industry
- Proven experience managing and optimizing $1M marketing budgets
- Digital and traditional marketing experience
- Experience working closely with a call center and understanding how to solve problems related to lead conversion within the call center
