What The Position is About:

• Full P&L ownership of the company’s residential replacement, repair, maintenance, and service business across all markets
• Responsible for driving revenue growth, profitability, pricing strategy, customer experience, sales performance, marketing, customer service, and service operations
• Lead a team of approximately 40 employees, including the Service Operations Manager, Residential Sales Manager, Marketing Director, and Customer Service Director
• Implement scalable processes, KPI dashboards, and operating playbooks while leveraging ServiceTitan and NetSuite to drive performance
• Approximately 20-25% travel

The Right Candidate Will Have:

• 12 years of progressive sales and/or operations leadership experience with senior leadership responsibility over multiple functions or markets
• Strong P&L ownership experience and a track record of driving revenue and margin growth
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Background in residential services, home improvement, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, garage doors, pools, restoration, or similar service industries
• Experience working in a private equity-backed environment with executive and board-level exposure preferred
• ServiceTitan or similar field service platform experience is a plus
