What The Position is About:
- Lead a team of 3 sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Recruit, hire, and train the growing sales roster
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
- Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
- Run leads to support sales capacity
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Proven one-call-close, in-home sales experience within the home improvement industry
- Experience leading, coaching, and holding a sales team accountable
- The ability to run a consultative sale across multiple product lines and manufacturers is preferred
Salary : $130,000 - $190,000
