What The Position is About:
- Lead a team of 5 sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Recruit, hire, and train the sales roster (looking to grow the team)
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
- Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
- Run leads when necessary
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 2-5 years of sales management experience within the home improvement industry
- Exteriors experience (windows, doors, siding, roofing)
- Experience recruiting, training, and managing a growing in-home sales team
Salary : $175,000 - $225,000
