What The Position is About:
- Support various hiring needs across the company’s four locations (sales, marketing, production, administrative)
- Evaluate and improve the current recruiting model
- Source candidates using various tools and networks
- Screen potential candidates and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit and sell the company to the candidate
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams
- Extend job offers and negotiate with candidates
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Strong talent acquisition/recruiting experience
- Proven outbound recruiting skills
- The ability to build recruiting infrastructure
- Home improvement industry experience is a plus, but open to similar commission-driven industries
