What The Position is About:
- Build and lead install operations, driving growth in install volume and efficiency
- Oversee subcontractor crews to ensure daily installation, productivity, and total quality
- Oversee all aspects of project installation and customer experience, post-sale to final installation
- Conduct regular job site visits to inspect installations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication
- Facilitate effective communication with vendors and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process
- Monitor KPIs to evaluate operational performance and make data-driven decisions
- Adapt to changes in the market and promptly respond to customer demands
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Installation management experience within the flooring industry
- Experience managing subcontractor crews and customer service
