What The Position is About:
- Lead a team of 15 sales reps to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Recruit, hire, and train the growing sales roster
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team
- Conduct check-ins and ride-alongs with the sales reps
- Lead weekly sales meetings and one on ones
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and customer base
- Monitor sales metrics and performance, and provide regular feedback to the sales team
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- 3 years of sales leadership experience
- The ability to coach and train a sales team
- In-home sales experience is preferred but not required
