Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, media, account management, or campaign coordinatio
- Experience working in multi-market, agency, in-house marketing, or performance-driven environments
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple timelines, vendors, markets, and priorities
- Comfortable working across traditional, digital, and cross-channel marketing
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to translate data into clear insights
- Support the Marketing Manager in planning, coordinating, and managing media and marketing tactics
- Coordinate with media partners, agencies, and vendors to track deliverables and timelines
- Monitor campaign and vendor performance, identify optimization opportunities
- Develop and maintain monthly Market Insights Briefs with competitive and market analysis
- Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and local factors affecting marketing strategies
- Coordinate internal and external inputs to align marketing activities with business goals
- Document testing, learning, and performance insights for continuous improvement
- Organize records of market plans, media activity, and recommendations
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing team as needed
- Identify differences across markets to enhance localized marketing strategies
