Requirements
- 5 years of software project management experience
- 5 years of Workforce Development, TANF, and SNAP experience
- Knowledge of relational databases and basic SQL query techniques
- Bachelor’s Degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
- PMP certification required; SCM, CAPM, or formal project management training preferred
- Develop, maintain, and execute project plans, including tasks, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, QA, vendors, and clients to deliver project milestones
- Communicate project status, issues, risks, and concerns effectively to stakeholders
- Oversee daily operational aspects of projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
- Assist technical teams with design and development tasks and supporting testing processes
- Review deliverables before client delivery for quality assurance
- Facilitate team and client meetings, providing clear updates and issue resolution
- Manage client interactions, including support, feedback, and expectation setting
- Gather and document client requirements and translate into project scope
- Identify areas for process improvement and recommend constructive changes
- Prepare and deliver client training, including webinars, and coordinate training activities
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with project standards
- Monitor and manage change requests and incident reports from clients
