NextPath Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a Manual QA Tester to join our client’s team in Tampa, FL. This is a hybrid, contract position.
SALARY: $30-$40 per hour (depending on experience).

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-5 years of manual software testing experience
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
- Experience with test case management and bug tracking tools
- Analyze requirements and design test cases to validate software functionality
- Execute manual test cases and document results
- Identify, record, and track bugs in issue tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers and QA team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Perform regression, smoke, and exploratory testing
- Validate fixes and re-test as needed
- Participate in test planning, reviews, and requirement analysis
- Ensure QA standards and best practices are followed
- Provide feedback on usability, functionality, and performance
