Requirements
- 5 years of software Release Management experience in a SAFe Agile environment (must have Release Manager experience)
- Software engineering technical background
- Proven ability to manage releases across multiple cross-functional teams and stakeholders (global team experience is a plus)
- Familiarity with legacy modernization and coordinating changes across new and existing systems
- Hands-on experience with Jira (or comparable tools) and a desire to own and improve Jira usage across the organization
