Requirements
- 5 years of B2B technology, managed services, or IT services sales experience
- Proven success in achieving an annual quota of at least $1,000,000 in new business revenue
- Demonstrated ability to generate net-new opportunities and close complex deals
- Experience managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure
- Strong presentation, discovery, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platform
- Ability to travel for conferences, partner events, and client meetings
- Drive new business development and manage existing client accounts
- Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to close
- Develop and execute strategic outbound prospecting campaigns
- Build relationships with MSP owners and decision-makers
- Generate a healthy sales pipeline through outbound activity, referrals, and industry networking
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and challenges
- Position solutions as strategic business outcomes
- Develop proposals, statements of work, and business cases
- Lead negotiations and guide opportunities to closure
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and forecasting within CRM
- Partner with internal teams to identify growth opportunities in existing accounts
- Support strategic account planning and client reviews
- Represent the company at industry events, building relationships within the MSP ecosystem
