Twin Cities Physicians is expanding across Minnesota and we are hiring a proven producer to drive net-new physician service partnerships. This is not an account management role. This is about creating opportunity where none exists and winning competitive business in a crowded market.
You will compete directly against established rounding physician groups, including Bluestone Physician Group, and other regional physician-led models. Winning here requires preparation, confidence, persistence, and the ability to command executive conversations.
What You Will Own
- Prospect and penetrate brand-new senior living communities and ownership groups
- Secure first-time meetings with Executive Directors, Administrators, Regional Leaders, and Owners
- Lead outcome-focused C-suite conversations around clinical coverage and operational performance
- Compete head-to-head with established physician groups and win market share
- Present physician services, negotiate agreements, and close multi-site contracts
- Build and manage a full-cycle pipeline from cold outreach to signed agreement
- Travel statewide to create in-person momentum and brand visibility
- Track activity metrics, conversion ratios, and signed contracts
