This full-time position is ideal for nurses who enjoy variety and are eager to jump in where they’re needed most—whether that’s covering fluctuating caseloads or assisting in another territory every few months. You'll still enjoy the consistency of 1:1 care in the home setting, with added flexibility and a strong support system behind you.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care and perform comprehensive client assessments
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Provide caregiver education and support to maintain quality standards
- Rotate into the on-call schedule
- Travel as needed to different areas of the Twin Cities metro to assist with coverage
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in the State of Minnesota
- Reliable transportation and valid insurance (position involves regular travel)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Experience in home health is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train compassionate, motivated RNs
