What the Role Involves:
- Supporting patients through complex emotional and physical transitions
- Providing education and reassurance to families
- Coordinating a high-quality care experience from admission through bereavement
- Collaborating with social workers, aides, and medical directors
We’re Looking For Someone Who:
- Holds an RN license in MN
- Has prior hospice, oncology, or palliative experience
- Balances heart-centered care with medical skill
- Understands the sacredness of this work and approaches it with grace
