Location: Nagel Assisted Living – Waconia, MN
Schedule: Evening or Overnight Shift | Every Other Weekend Rotating On-Call
Pay: $35 - $50/hour Weekend Shift Differential: $1.00/hour

What You’ll Do
- Provide High-Quality Care: Plan, deliver, and monitor personalized nursing care for residents.
- Conduct Assessments: Complete clinical evaluations and document findings accurately.
- Manage Medications: Oversee the administration of medications and monitor chronic illnesses to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Coordinate Care Plans: Collaborate with families, staff, and external providers to create individualized care plans.
- Foster Communication: Keep families updated on changes in health or care plans, building trust and transparency.
- Respond to Emergencies: Act promptly and decisively in emergency situations, ensuring proper follow-up actions are taken.
What You Bring to the Role
- Licensed RN: A valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Minnesota.
- Experience Preferred: Prior experience in geriatric or long-term care is ideal.
- Independent Worker: Ability to work autonomously while maintaining high standards of care.
- Strong Communicator: Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
