Job Title: CNA – End-of-Life Care with Compassion and Flexibility
Compensation: $19 – $25/hour DOE
Benefits: Full Package Available for Full-Time Staff
Schedule: Full-Time| Weekend Rotation
Location: 21-County Twin Cities Service Area

Core Responsibilities:
- ADL support, grooming, and mobility care
- Medication assistance as directed
- Observation and reporting of vital signs
- Emotional and relational support
- Team collaboration and care plan follow-through
- Cleanliness and safety for each patient environment
Qualifications:
- CNA licensed in Minnesota
- Hospice, palliative, or oncology experience required
- Flexible, dependable, and emotionally resilient
- Driver’s license and transportation required
