Administrative Assistant, Sales Department

Position Summary

As a faith-based, mission and vision-driven organization, Holland Home is one of the largest non-profit providers of senior living services in Michigan. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Sales Department who is dynamic, engaging and experienced in administratively supporting the Vice President of Sales and Brand Marketing as well as the team of sales professionals.

As the Administrative Assistant for our amazing Sales Team, you will:

  • Represent as the first point of contact for phone inquiries regarding independent living and assisted living options with Holland Home
  • Preparing reports and necessary paperwork for the Sales team
  • Prepare and mail sales packets and materials
  • Assign referrals to the appropriate Senior Living Consultant
  • Inventory and order sales materials, office supplies, etc
  • Maintain mailing lists

Required To Be Successful

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience supporting a team of professionals
  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and field calls/questions from current and prospective residents and their families
  • Proven written and computer skills necessary to maintain required documentation
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment, with frequent interruptions, while maintaining a positive, friendly, customer service focus
  • Commitment to provide excellent customer service to our residents and prospective residents and families, addressing concerns in a compassionate, timely manner
