Job Duties
- Assisting new residents with the transition to Holland Home.
- Establishing preferences for unit renovations via meetings with prospective residents and their families by guiding design fit and finish, color selections, etc.
- Organizing and communicating renovation details throughout the process.
- Coordinating move-in dates and tracking project progress within scheduled renovation timelines.
- Bachelor’s degree or commensurate field experience in Interior Design, Business Management, or related field
- Experience with Smartsheet, DocuSign, WorxHub, Procore, Outlook, Excel, Word, and other Microsoft applications
- Progressively responsible experience that results in the required specialized knowledge and abilities related to interior design
- General knowledge of the methods, techniques and materials used in various areas of construction
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with incoming residents and their families, internal teams and valued vendors
- Written and computer skills necessary to maintain required documentation
- Proven experience to provide excellent customer service to our incoming residents, addressing concerns in a compassionate, timely manner
