Job Duties
- Assisting new residents with the transition to Holland Home
- Establishing preferences for unit renovations via meetings with prospective residents and their families
- Managing renovation information throughout the process
- Coordinating move-in dates with the renovation time line
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Business Management, or related field
- Progressively responsible experience that results in the required specialized knowledge and abilities related to interior design
- General knowledge of the methods, techniques and materials used in various areas of construction
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and build relationships with incoming residents and their families
- Written and computer skills necessary to maintain required documentation
- Proven experience to provide excellent customer service to our incoming residents, addressing concerns in a compassionate, timely manner
Wages and Benefits
- Hourly wage starts at $24.39 without prior experience (increases based on experience)
