Scheduler – per diem, after hours
The Human Resources team at Holland Home in Grand Rapids is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team of professionals as a per diem, after-hours Scheduler.
As The Per Diem, After Hours Scheduler, You Will
- Assist with after-hours weekday, weekend, and holiday coverage
- Monitor schedules to ensure adequate staffing for units
- Fill call-ins and open shifts as needed
- Document information into UKG Workforce Dimensions
Our top candidates for this opportunity will have
- Prior experience in scheduling and/or general office experience
- Strong computer skills are also necessary to be successful in this role
- This busy position must be able to multi-task and manage through workflow interruptions
- We seek candidates with the ability to manage confidential issues with professional discretion and those who have a passion for our faith-based mission and the desire to commit to excellence in their work and customer service
