Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about our property and local attractions.
Handle reservations, cancellations, and adjustments using our booking system.
Address and resolve guest concerns promptly and with care.
Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Collaborate with team members to uphold our service standards.
Qualifications:
A heart for hospitality and a commitment to exceptional guest service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred but not required.
Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.
