As a Guest Service Agent you are the face of the hotel! You are the first person that our guests see as they enter and exit the hotel. You will be responsible for interacting with guests in person and over the phone. Answering a multi line phone, making reservations, checking guests in and out, processing credit cards and cash, handling guest requests in a professional and timely manner. We have a shuttle for taking guests back and forth to the airport and medical offices. We do require applicants to have a valid drivers license, clean driving record and be at least 21 years of age.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $13.00 per hour
