Saw/Grinder Operator

Hiwin Corporation is the leader in the innovation and manufacturing of motion control and mechatronic system technology. We are one of the largest producers in the world of linear motion components such as: linear guideways, ballscrews, linear motors and stages.

We are currently seeking Machine Operators to join our fast paced, diverse, and safety centric team. In this role you will be working first shift to set up proper tooling needed to operate various machines per job specifications.

A Typical Day As a Machine Operator Can Include

• Reading work orders and following the specific work requirements and machining instructions according to customer specifications;
• Disassembling, and measuring products to set up machines to grind product to a specified length;
• Visually inspecting and cleaning products after grinding is complete to ensure quality of product;
• Working with different teams to ensure high quality of product;
• Performing routine maintenance on machines.
  
  

Required Education & Experience

• Have achieved a high school diploma or GED;
• Have a meticulous attention to detail;
• Possess strong math skills;
• Have the ability to read simple drawings with tolerances;
• Be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
