This role will serve as a flexible "jack of all trades" who can step into different roles, such as operating machinery, receiving, packing, and assembly, to ensure smooth warehouse operations and fill gaps in productivity.

Compensation Range
The compensation range that is listed is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. A team member's pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.

A Typical Day As a Warehouse Operator Can Include
- Perform basic machining tasks using blueprints, measuring tools, and established specifications
- Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and assist with routine machine maintenance
- Operate forklifts safely and support warehouse operations, including loading and unloading
- Conduct basic repairs and support general facility and equipment upkeep
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse, production, and facility areas

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain and maintain HIWIN forklift certification
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks (standing, crouching, and kneeling) throughout the workday
- Capable of safely using power tools and reading a tape measure
