Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple marketing projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Maintain project tracking tools, campaign calendars, and status reports
- Support webinar logistics and virtual events (ON24)
- Collaborate with marketing teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional departments
- Track budgets, invoices, and project deliverables
- Pull and analyze campaign performance data and reporting metrics
- Manage requests and workflows within project management platforms such as Wrike and Smartsheet
- Present project updates during team meetings and stakeholder calls
Required Qualifications
- 2 years of Marketing Coordinator or Marketing Project Coordinator experience
- Experience managing multiple projects, deadlines, and stakeholders
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Marketing campaign support experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and MS Office skills
- Experience with project management tools (Wrike, Smartsheet, or similar)
- CRM experience (Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or equivalent)
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare, Retail Technology, or similar industry experience
- Exposure to Power BI, ON24, Adobe AEM, or marketing analytics platforms
- Experience supporting digital marketing channels, webinars, SEO/SEM, social media, or paid media campaigns
