US Health Marketing Associate:
National marketing demand-creation programs drive revenue across new and existing clients. The Associate supports the practice marketers by running the day-to-day management of their projects: keeping project tracking spreadsheets and campaign calendars up to date and making sure work moves forward on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management
- Manage day-to-day project activity for the practice marketing team
- Oversee and triage project requests in Wrike
- Maintain project tracking spreadsheets (Smartsheet)
- Report on project status at the weekly team call
Campaign and Content Support
- Maintain campaign calendars
- Work with internal clients to develop and manage edits to marketing assets
- Develop OFTs in Adobe AEM
Webinars and Events
- Support webinar requests from start to finish
- Manage day-of logistics for webcasts on ON24
Budget and Financials
- Manage invoicing
- Track budgets against campaigns and projects
Analytics and Lead Management
- Pull and compile analytics from multiple sources, including Power BI
- Support lead management in MPower (CRM)
Qualifications
- Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities at once
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communicator
- High energy and proactive
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite
Salary : $30 - $35
