Hiring: Medical Outcomes Manager

Job Type: 100% Remote

Duration: 12 months contract

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (candidate’s local time)

🔬 About the Role:

This position will support the North America Medical Affairs team with scientific and medical content development, HEOR, medical information, payer engagement, data analytics, and reporting. The role will collaborate closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Account Management, Government Affairs, and other cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain scientific, clinical, HEOR, and educational materials

• Support payer presentations, advisory boards, and stakeholder engagements

• Assist with product dossiers, medical information responses, and evidence development

• Analyze field interaction data, customer insights, metrics, and trends

• Create reports, dashboards, presentations, and leadership summaries

• Ensure scientific materials and activities comply with applicable policies and requirements

🎓 Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in a scientific, clinical, pharmacy, public health, health economics, data analytics, or related field

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in pharma, medical devices, healthcare, or life sciences

• Experience in Medical Affairs, HEOR, Market Access, Clinical Affairs, or Scientific Communications

• Strong scientific/medical writing, presentation, analytical, and project-management skills

• Ability to translate complex scientific and healthcare information into clear, actionable content

Preferred: Experience with payer-facing initiatives, product dossiers, HEOR/value evidence, dashboards/CRM systems, Veeva Vault, diabetes/CGM, or medical devices.
