Lab Quality System Analyst

Job Title: Lab Quality System Analyst
Location: St. Paul, MN – 100% Onsite
Duration: 12 Months Possible Extension/ FTE

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lab Quality System Analyst to support laboratory systems and instruments while ensuring compliance with quality system and laboratory requirements. This role will serve as a subject matter expert for laboratory software, equipment, workflows, and system validation activities within a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and administer laboratory systems and instruments
• Lead instrument qualification, protocol development, and report generation
• Perform software installation, validation, and document change management
• Support Chromatography Data Systems (CDS) and LIMS applications
• Draft system procedures and create training materials for lab personnel
• Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing system support
• Utilize advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, or related field
• 3–7 years of laboratory experience
• Hands-on experience with Chromatography Data Systems (CDS)
• Knowledge of LabVantage or other LIMS platforms
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with software validation in regulated environments

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $64.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Work Location: In person
