What you'll do:
🔧 Evaluate equipment project proposals — process and capability assessments
🤖 Drive automation/robot deployment and standardization across NAMCs
📊 Build reports and KPI presentations for project leadership
🎯 Develop specs and standards ensuring compliance and cross-plant consistency
🧠 Become the go-to expert across multiple paint shop technologies
What you bring:
✅ BS in Engineering (or equivalent technical experience)
✅ CAD/modeling software experience
✅ Spec development A3/Ringi documentation experience
✅ 2 years project management
✅ PLC knowledge a plus
Bonus points: conveyor systems, robot programming, vision systems, spray booth/oven/abatement experience, bilingual (Spanish/Japanese).
