We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Coordinator to support manufacturing and new product launch activities. This role focuses on tracking project milestones, analyzing data, developing dashboards and reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track project schedules, milestones, and launch readiness activities.
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate data from multiple departments.
- Create dashboards, scorecards, reports, and executive presentations.
- Monitor KPIs and identify risks, delays, or performance gaps.
- Maintain accurate databases, tracking systems, and documentation.
- Support cross-functional meetings, reviews, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in automotive manufacturing and product development
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization/reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- 2 years of experience in automotive manufacturing preferred.
