We're hiring a Content Operations Associate to join a global digital asset management team. You'll be the detective who tracks down original source files, reconnects them with edited versions, and makes sure every piece of content carries its correct usage rights and metadata.
What you'll do:
- Match localized/edited content back to its original source file.
- Apply the correct IP and usage rights to each asset.
- Copy over full metadata records accurately, every time.
- Flag anything unclears instead of guessing.
What you need:
- 0-1 years' experience in data entry, content ops, or a similar detail-heavy role (internships count!).
- Sharp attention to detail — you catch what others miss.
- Comfortable in Excel and web-based systems.
- Strong organization skills — you can manage a big queue without losing track.
Salary : $24
