CNC Operator / Programmer (Multi-Axis)

This is not a plastic injection molding or single-strike CNC environment. The role supports complex, low-volume / high-precision work using advanced CNC equipment in an ISO 9001 / AS9100–certified environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Program and operate multi-axis CNC machines to maximize throughput and efficiency
- Review production schedules and create CNC programs for scheduled work
- Ensure proper tooling, materials, and setups are available and used efficiently
- Machine parts to exact specifications and tight tolerances
- Monitor job progress and communicate completion times or conflicts to leadership
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase utilization and throughput
- Perform basic preventative maintenance on assigned machines
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area
- Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to meet production goals
- 3–5 years experience as a CNC Operator / Programmer
- Hands-on multi-axis machining experience strongly required
- Ability to program, set up, and run CNC equipment independently
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-precision manufacturing environment
- Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- 1st and 2nd shift openings available
- Night shift includes premium pay
- Typical work week is ~50 hours (may vary based on workload)
