About The Program
- Year-round operation (12 months)
- Open Monday–Friday
- Serves infants through preschool-age children
- Summer program offered
- $70,000–$75,000 annual salary
- Quarterly bonus opportunities based on performance metrics

- Provide leadership and oversight for all aspects of center operations
- Support, coach, and develop a team of educators and administrative staff

- Manage daily operations, payroll, billing, and administrative functions
- Monitor financial performance and operate effectively within established budgets
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and high-performing culture
Required
- CDA, Associate's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Director I and II credential
- Previous leadership experience in roles such as Director, Assistant Director, Program Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or Department Lead
- Classroom teaching experience across multiple age groups
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading programs serving 100 enrolled children
- Experience supervising 20 or more employees
- Knowledge of enrollment management and marketing strategies
- Financial and operational acumen
- Experience with payroll, billing, and computer applications used in childcare operations
- Proven ability to build and retain high-performing teams
