Position Overview
The Assistant Director will support the Director and administrative team across all classrooms, with a primary focus on:
- Supporting curriculum implementation and educational quality
- Assisting with teacher coaching and professional development
- Providing classroom support and operational oversight
- Building strong relationships with teachers and families
- Assisting with enrollment, family engagement, and daily operations
- Supporting licensing compliance and school-wide initiatives as needed

Qualifications
- CDA, Associate's Degree, Bachelor's Degree, or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a licensed early childhood education setting
- Experience working with children across all age groups, including infants, toddlers, preschool, and pre-kindergarten
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for early childhood education and child development
Preferred
- Experience teaching in all classroom age groups
- Previous experience serving as a mentor, lead teacher, or informal leader within a school setting
- Familiarity with enrollment support, family engagement, and center operations
- Experience with childcare management software and administrative systems
- Interest in growing into a long-term leadership role within early childhood education

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
