As a Precision CNC Production Operator, you’ll be the steady hand guiding high‑quality components from blueprint to finished piece, keeping quality, safety, and efficiency front and center. What a Typical Day Looks Like Prepare, set up, and operate CNC equipment in line with production priorities and documented specifications.Translate technical drawings and blueprints into clear machining steps; verify dimensions on first‑article and in‑process parts.Watch machine performance closely, making offsets or parameter tweaks to keep parts within tolerance and maintain quality standards.Handle routine upkeep—cleaning, lubrication, simple adjustments—and troubleshoot common equipment issues.Keep your cell orderly and safe, following all plant safety rules and 5S practices.Partner with teammates and your supervisor to remove bottlenecks, refine setups, and improve cycle times.Record production counts, measurements, and any nonconformances; escalate concerns promptly. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent; a machining/CNC certificate is preferred.Foundational knowledge of CNC machining principles and workflows.Ability to read blueprints/technical drawings and follow them precisely.Sharp attention to detail and pride in doing it right the first time.Resourceful problem-solver who stays focused in a fast-paced production setting.Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train motivated learners.Curiosity and adaptability as new tools, technologies, and processes roll out.
