This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to read technical drawings, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to manufacture precision partsLoad and unload raw materials and finished componentsInterpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructionsPerform tool changes, offsets, and minor program adjustments as neededMonitor machine performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain qualityInspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other measuring toolsDocument production data, inspections, and any issuesPerform basic troubleshooting and routine machine maintenanceMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaFollow all safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures Qualifications 2 years of CNC lathe operating experience preferredAbility to read and interpret blueprints and GD&TStrong understanding of feeds, speeds, and toolingExperience with quality inspection tools and processesBasic math skills and mechanical aptitudeAbility to work independently and as part of a teamHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality Preferred Skills Experience with tight tolerances and high-precision partsFamiliarity with ISO, AS9100, or similar quality standardsExperience in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentBasic CNC programming knowledge is a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periodsAbility to lift up to 40 lbsManual dexterity for handling tools and components ff-ov
