Inventory Clerk - Manufacturing / Aerospace

Pay Range: $21 – $24 per hourSchedule: Full-TimePosition SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk with hands-on experience in a manufacturing or aerospace warehouse environment. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting production and shipping needs, and ensuring compliance with quality and traceability requirements. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with numbers, and experienced in regulated manufacturing environments.Key ResponsibilitiesReceive, issue, and track raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goodsMaintain accurate inventory records using inventory systems and Excel spreadsheetsPerform cycle counts and physical inventories, investigating and resolving discrepanciesSupport production by staging materials and ensuring timely availability of partsVerify part numbers, quantities, lot numbers, and certifications per quality requirementsEnsure inventory processes comply with AS9100 standards and internal proceduresCoordinate with purchasing, production, and shipping teams to maintain inventory accuracyMaintain organized storage areas and proper labeling for traceabilityPrepare inventory reports and assist with audits as neededRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of inventory experience in an aerospace and/or manufacturing warehouse environmentAt least 2 years working within an AS9100-regulated environmentStrong working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office (data entry, tracking, reporting)Solid understanding of basic math, counting, and unit measurementsExperience handling inventory documentation, travelers, and certificationsHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with ERP or inventory management systemsFamiliarity with aerospace materials, part traceability, and quality documentationAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing settingWork EnvironmentManufacturing and warehouse settingRequires standing, walking, and occasional lifting of materials#ff-ov
