Location: Onsite (Draper or Lindon, UT)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (40 hours/week)
Salary: $23 – $26 per hour

Responsibilities / What You’ll DoResolve client complaints efficiently and with empathy
- Proactively check in with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Identify and implement ways to improve process efficiency and accuracy
- Ensure all internal and external communications are handled promptly
- Empathetic & Caring: You naturally ask, “How do my actions impact others?” and treat clients with genuine care.
- Accountable: You have a "no-victim" mentality—you take feedback without making excuses and own your results.
- Proactive: You don't wait for instructions; you identify needs and resolve them independently.
