Location: Onsite/Hybrid - Draper or Lindon, UT
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (40 hours/week)
Salary: $23 – $26 per hour

This isn't a high-volume call center role where you're just a number. As our Client Services Representative, you are the face of the firm for our small business owners.

Responsibilities / What You’ll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for client questions, concerns, and support needs
- Resolve client complaints efficiently and with empathy
- Proactively check in with clients to maintain strong relationships and prevent issues before they arise
- Identify and implement ways to improve process efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve more complex client needs
- Follow up consistently to ensure every issue is fully resolved—not just answered
- Ensure all internal and external communications are handled promptly
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, client support, or a client-facing role
- Experience resolving client concerns and turning challenging situations into positive outcomes
- Empathetic & Client-Focused: You naturally ask, “How do my actions impact others?” and treat clients with genuine care
- Accountable & Coachable: You take ownership and are open to feedback
- Proactive: You identify needs and resolve them independently
- Strong Communicator: You communicate clearly and professionally
