We’re building a team of hungry, experienced B2B sales professionals who know how to close deals and want to build real income.

This is not a typical sales role.

This is an opportunity to get in early with a company that is growing fast and building something different in HR.

About Us

We are a new company formed by the merger of three established firms in recruiting and HR (Augmented Talent Solutions, Hire Agency, and Jolt HR).

We are currently launching a new brand focused on helping companies handle the people side of their business, end to end.


From hiring → HR → compliance → operations → strategy.

We are also building new services around AI and workforce design, positioning us at the front of where HR is going.

What You’ll Do

• Bring in new business through your network, outreach, and referrals
• Identify companies that need help with hiring, HR, or operations
• Have real conversations and position our services
• Work with our team to close deals and grow accounts

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in B2B sales, recruiting, or service-based sales
• Proven ability to close deals
• Existing network or book of business strongly preferred
• Comfortable with commission-based income
• Driven, proactive, and hungry

Compensation

Uncapped commission structure

• 10% commission on deals from $0 – $4,999
• 15% commission on deals from $5,000 – $24,999
• 18% commission on deals of $25,000

10% commission on contract renewals

Typical deal sizes: $5K – $50K annually
