We’re hiring a Client Relations Analyst to support a leading financial services firm. This role is ideal for someone with a finance background and strong customer service experience who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
📍 Location: Hybrid (schedule to be confirmed)
💰 Compensation: $19/hour
📅 Duration: 12-month contract with strong temp-to-perm conversion opportunity
💼 What You’ll Do:
• Investigate, research, and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a formal written format
• Ensure compliance with regulations governing client complaint handling
• Draft clear, professional responses communicating the firm’s decisions to clients
• Manage a high volume of assigned cases with strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Support additional operational functions such as settlement processing and privacy opt-out requests
• Handle incoming client calls as needed and assist with ad hoc projects
