Senior Medical Sales Representatives – Tri-State Expansion



Territories: New York City | Long Island | New Jersey | Connecticut



Compensation: $150,000 – $300,000 Total Earning Potential (Base Uncapped Commission)



Position Type: Full-Time, W-2 with Full Benefits

Responsibilities



  • Drive continuous revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities within your assigned Tri-State territory.
  • Cultivate deep, long-term relationships with key clinical stakeholders, surgeons, and administrative decision-makers.
  • Deliver expert-level clinical presentations and product demonstrations to articulate clear value propositions.
  • Manage the complete sales pipeline from initial prospecting through contract execution and account management.



Qualifications



  • Industry Expertise: A minimum of 3 to 5 years of outside sales experience, with a documented, successful track record specifically within medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales.
  • Established Network: An active, strong network of relationships with physicians, specialists, surgical centers, or hospital networks within the Tri-State area.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to navigate complex clinical sales cycles, handle competitive conversions, and consistently exceed quarterly quotas.
  • Autonomy: A self-starter mentality with the discipline to effectively manage and scale a high-potential geographic territory.

Top-Tier Earning Potential: Highly competitive base salary with an aggressive, uncapped commission structure driving realistic total compensation up to $300,000 for top performers.
