Key Responsibilities:
- Draft responses to Complaints, Discovery Requests, and legal motions.
- Conduct in-depth legal research on complex issues and present concise findings.
- Assist with motion practice and case strategy development.
Qualifications:
- Current law student enrolled in a Florida law school (2L or 3L preferred).
- Ability to commute to our Orlando office as needed.
- Strong legal research and writing skills with attention to detail.
- Professional demeanor, reliability, and a proactive work ethic.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
