Front of House - Host, Server

Highlands Butchery is not a typical restaurant.
We are a farm-driven butchery, steakhouse, and whiskey bar built around quality, hospitality, and execution.

We’re looking for Front of House team members who want to be part of something that is growing, improving, and raising the standard.

Positions Available

• Host – First impression, flow control, guest experience anchor
• Server – Sales-driven hospitality, menu knowledge, table ownership

(Bartending experience is a plus, and may be developed internally for an exceptional candidate.)

What You’ll Do

Host

• Set the tone for every guest walking in
• Manage seating, pacing, and reservations
• Maintain a calm, organized front door even under pressure

Server

• Guide guests through a high-quality, farm-driven menu
• Drive check averages through genuine recommendations
• Deliver polished & attentive service
• Own your section from greet to close
