What You’ll Do
As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of Chick-fil-A, creating positive experiences for our guests through world-class hospitality. Responsibilities include:
- Greeting guests with a warm smile and friendly service
- Creating emotional connections through excellent customer interaction
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring food is served quickly and meets quality standards
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas
- Following all health, safety, and brand standards
- Supporting teammates and contributing to a positive work environment
